HOW TO SUBMIT MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
BY TENANT PORTAL: The best way to inform Carson City Property Management of your request is to submit it through your tenant portal!
Login to your tenant portal by clicking on the icon below and follow the prompts. If you do not yet have a login password for your tenant portal, please click on the LOGIN link below and use your email address to create an account. Management will respond to non-emergency maintenance requests in order of priority and during business hours.
BY EMAIL: If you cannot access your tenant portal you may email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org . Please include your first and last name along with the address of the home you reside in.
BY PHONE: 775-461-0081 ext. 3
What Carson City Property Management considers an emergency:
- No electricity
- No water
- No heat (when below 50 degrees)
- Broken toilet (applies to homes with one bathroom only)
- Flooding or significant leaks
- Fire (Call 911 immediately)
- Burglary (Call 911 immediately)
